I bought a product that I thought and was told it was the same as the original I had bought six months prior. Come to find out that the pump version is made a little different than the tub/jar. In my opinion not as fast or as long lasting relief. Ben made it right and sent me a replacement. It was a long wait time to receive the new product, but worth it. Thank you Ben. I will only by the tub/jar from now on.
